Wednesday's Reading Rainbow was Ren Faire Based! Yay!
It was filmed in 1987 at the Renaissance Pleasure Faire in Aguora, CA.
It's my second favorite episode of Reading Rainbow. Squeee!
Neat! I remember having to watch those in elementary school when the weather was too crappy for us to go outside, or we had a substitute and she didn't really want to teach. Hehehehe.
I miss those good ol' shows. What's happened to TV these days?!
Man oh man I haven't watched that show in forever! We used to watch it every Friday in elementary school. Ages ago!
Horray for having small children to use as a cover up to watch sesame street and reading rainbow! ;D
Huzzah indeed ... I'm going to have to try and track that down ...

I have to have a cover? Dang....
I remember when my daughter, Roxanne, was way young and I watched that show with her- one of the few things we watched on tv. Levar Burton was awesome. Does anyone know if it is still going?
I always had a hard time looking at Levar on Reading Rainbow. I always saw him saying Tobby be good slave with La Forge glasses covering his eys's
it is actually still on. We (my kids and i watch it all the time) ;D
Is Levar Burton still doing it?
It's reruns...Channel 6 is in season four right now, and season 5 starts next week. My favorite episode is on next Wednesday (according to TVguide.com). It's the one where Levar goes on the set of Star Trek.
Ironic...
They have a new theme song tho. Its not the cheese-tacular one from the 80s ;D
