I only have the one photo from my very first Renaissance faire. I threw together the outfit the night before. My mother helped me make the vest and convert a shawl into a shirt. Here I am with Guido. He was very charming and even got me to smile for the photo. (I normally don't show my teeth when I smile, so I consider it impressive that he was able to convince me.)
