Title: Scribes Bag DIY?
Post by: wolfofthewhitemt on June 22, 2013, 01:13:38 PM
 Hello.
I am new here.
Was just wondering about a scribes bag.
A leather or heavy cloth bag that will hold a writers box and some note books and the like.
Something that would fit into my fair persona.
I am a Celtic warrior.

Are you looking to make a medieval version of a messenger bag?
A large square pouch with a flap over the top, in a soft leather or heavy canvas with a long strap suitable for across-the-chest wear.   You can emboss, paint or embellish any way you want.  Don't forget to attach a narrow, deep pouch on the edge for quills.
