My stepson, Marcus Carneiro(16), wants a job with a vendor. Some of the people reading this know him. He worked for Dan at Hammer and Quill for 3 years, but Dan doesn't work the fair anymore. He's a reliable, trustworthy worker who learns quickly. Dan even had him open the shop on Saturday mornings when he was running late. Our routine is to go down there and spend the night every Friday, so he can be ready to work early Saturday if that's what you need.
