Fight'n and Pet will certainly be there unless something drastic changes. Diane and I hosted Tim and Jamie and their kids this past Labor Day Weekend. We extended them and invitation for next year already so I would assume that they attend as well.

You mean you will put up with us again???

We should be there.  Too far in advance to know for sure.

You already know the answer to that. Hopefully after a year, Emily (babysitter) will have recovered and we can get her to watch the Leapus again. Besides who else is going to help me fish Lady Di out of the trash can when she falls in again?  ;) ;D

The amazing thing about the street is how comfortable the gutters are. That's why some spend so much time there. I'm not naming names but you folks know who you are. :)

all i can say is that it worked and i fell in love with maryland
i had the pleasure of invading with the clan and then struck gold
a few weeks later when both albannach and the baebes were performing

the boys at work call it "dress up" and can't understand why
i refuse to put my bag of garb in the cargo bin
this year they got a kick out of asking me if i was going to visit grover
and what they had to do to get a favor

... or at least a box of them peanuts ...or better yet a case of those little bottles of booze :P

Sorry Scotsman we don't give out peanuts but we still have tiny bottles of booze for 7$
Get on a delayed flight with a nice FA and they'll give you free booze
You want a free snack fly first class and you get granola bars or sun chips
No one flys for free except the employee, the spouse and the offspring  :-*
I could list you as my child (laughing) just tell them your 18

It is the name for the fourth annual gathering of the Ettes and Teers.

In 2008 it was Menage ETTE Tois

And I thing that in 2010 it will be Cinque ETTE De Mayo

This year will be the 5th time that the M'Crack Family Gathering at MDRF has happened on Labor Day Weekend. But there is so much more happening this year as well. The Rennaissance Festival dot com group or R/Fers are holding their 4th Rendevous and this year it is at MDRF, the first three of the Rendevous events have been held at TRF, MNRF and TNRF, and has grown every year, so we can expect a lot or people to attend this one. There will also be the Ettes and Teers group invading in what is called RendETTEvoux Two, and there will also be the Renpocalypse III group.

There is going to be a lot going on, and in trying to gain momentum for the weekend and to try to help all that can in the tough economy to be able to attend, we have a chance to get discounted tickets for the weekend with the help of the R/Fers hosting the Rendevous. The more people we have that order in advance, the cheaper the tickets will be for everyone. So if you go to the following link, you can put your name on the list for the discounted tickets, if we get enough people, we could possibly get the ticket price down to $12.00 a day.

http://www.renaissancefestival.com/forums/index.php?topic=7367.0

I have also been offered the use of an apartment while at MD this year. It is not very large, but does have floor space, So if you don't mind bringing a sleeping bag or blanket and pillow and sleeping on the floor. We have basically a free place to stay. I only have room for so many so please let me know if you would like space in the apartment.

I will put out more information on the Maryland trip as we get closer to the event. But the above things we can start coordinating now.

Looking forward to seeing many of you at KYHRF over 4th of July, and if I don't see you there will hope to see you at MDRF.

change of subject --- we are almost a month away from invading Revel Grove ---

Hey Princess -

If you will check the Maryland threads, Lady Gloriana is getting us discount tickets (at $12.50!), but you need to let her know how many you need, and send her some money. Lady Joyce Ann has graciously offered us an empty apartment, while we are there, so just check with your Father about it. You know who does the planning.

Well as of June 27 we had well over 70 and I have no idea how many have added since then.

With this many clan members in attendance, woe to the PET who doesn't remember their papers or
that a clan chief's mug should never run dry.

No, I'm not Master James' PET, but he is my Chiefton. I don't have a whole lot of dollar bills, but I'd be happy to buy him a drink.

I would suggest that on saturday during the tailgate those that need to, meander over to the will call booth to pick up their tickets. That way you will be free to "storm the faire" at 10 towards the pub.
