Yes I know that the 2008 season is not evan over yet, but it is never to early to plan.

You mean you will put up with us again???
We should be there. Too far in advance to know for sure.
Well, I guess since the M'Cracks are coming I'll probably attend as well. ;D

You already know the answer to that. Hopefully after a year, Emily (babysitter) will have recovered and we can get her to watch the Leapus again. Besides who else is going to help me fish Lady Di out of the trash can when she falls in again? ;) ;D
That was mean. I hope she hurts you. ;D
Fear not she will! At least I didn't tell the fire hydrant story. ::)

The truth hurts sometimes ... I live on that street ... welcome to the neighborhood!
What is so strange about our street?
The amazing thing about the street is how comfortable the gutters are. That's why some spend so much time there. I'm not naming names but you folks know who you are. :)
Huzzah! We all must live on the same street!!
BTW, you can add me for that weekend. I should be there unless I have to work at as yet unknown job. ;)

I'll bet that went over well ;D
Or at least got you some VERY strange looks! :o
all i can say is that it worked and i fell in love with maryland
i had the pleasure of invading with the clan and then struck gold
a few weeks later when both albannach and the baebes were performing
the boys at work call it "dress up" and can't understand why
i refuse to put my bag of garb in the cargo bin
this year they got a kick out of asking me if i was going to visit grover
and what they had to do to get a favor
A favor? Tell them a free airline voucher for your friends would be a good start ;D
... or at least a box of them peanuts ...or better yet a case of those little bottles of booze :P
Sorry Scotsman we don't give out peanuts but we still have tiny bottles of booze for 7$
Get on a delayed flight with a nice FA and they'll give you free booze
You want a free snack fly first class and you get granola bars or sun chips
No one flys for free except the employee, the spouse and the offspring :-*
I could list you as my child (laughing) just tell them your 18

I see ... there is no benefit of you working for the airline and being my
friend cousin? Thats it! You are off the Christmas card list!
I'm off the friend list and the Christmas Card list too??
So...I won't be bringing you a tiny bottle of rum tomarrow?
Rum? Hmmm, we may be able to work you back onto the list after all.
:D Yay!
Nailin -
Pleasure seeing you this past weekend.
Thanks it was awesome to see you & the family - I did get this years special Revel Grove pin (#94) I had forgotten to pick it up Labor Weekend
I thought Scotsmans daughter had the best one - (I'm more gothier then you) - Thanks for everyone's help sorry it was last minute I only got the schedule the week before - Crazy adventures of the breakfast club continued to Washington, DC and a movie at Chinatown - Loved the fact that everything was in english with chinese characters underneath - We were able to fly out Monday morning! - Live life spontanously! See yah'll next year!
It is always a pleasure having you with us lass ... we will see you at CRF right?
The M'Cracks are coming...I'd better tell Latella's to start stocking up the walk-in early...always a pleasure, M'Lairde!!
The list grows, it will definintly be a great year with Rendevoux and Quart Ette happening on the same weekend
Hootie Hooo!!!!
What is Quart Ette?
It is the name for the fourth annual gathering of the Ettes and Teers.
In 2008 it was Menage ETTE Tois
And I thing that in 2010 it will be Cinque ETTE De Mayo
M'Lairde, it will be a pleasure to be with the M'Cracks again...
Friendship to The Clan!!!
What's up with this horrible rumor that Revel Grove is closing??
Somebody please enlighten me b/c i LOVE revel grove
The way I get it Nailin is that we still have a couple years left at Crownsville and they are looking for a bigger spot(lots of acreage) to improve things. ???

This year will be the 5th time that the M'Crack Family Gathering at MDRF has happened on Labor Day Weekend. But there is so much more happening this year as well. The Rennaissance Festival dot com group or R/Fers are holding their 4th Rendevous and this year it is at MDRF, the first three of the Rendevous events have been held at TRF, MNRF and TNRF, and has grown every year, so we can expect a lot or people to attend this one. There will also be the Ettes and Teers group invading in what is called RendETTEvoux Two, and there will also be the Renpocalypse III group.
There is going to be a lot going on, and in trying to gain momentum for the weekend and to try to help all that can in the tough economy to be able to attend, we have a chance to get discounted tickets for the weekend with the help of the R/Fers hosting the Rendevous. The more people we have that order in advance, the cheaper the tickets will be for everyone. So if you go to the following link, you can put your name on the list for the discounted tickets, if we get enough people, we could possibly get the ticket price down to $12.00 a day.

I have also been offered the use of an apartment while at MD this year. It is not very large, but does have floor space, So if you don't mind bringing a sleeping bag or blanket and pillow and sleeping on the floor. We have basically a free place to stay. I only have room for so many so please let me know if you would like space in the apartment.
I will put out more information on the Maryland trip as we get closer to the event. But the above things we can start coordinating now.
Looking forward to seeing many of you at KYHRF over 4th of July, and if I don't see you there will hope to see you at MDRF.

Guard'n, can you bring come M'Crack t-shirts when you come to MDRF... Conserv'n & I each need one.
X-Small for me (if you got that small)
Large for him
You're a doll!!
Good idea, Lupa! I'd love to have a M'Crack shirt too!
I will make sure that we have t-shirts in MD......
Excellent I could use one. How much are they?
thank you so much! see you all there!

Hmmm, we need to include shipping and handling costs, consumption cost, manufacturing and such. Oh yeah, this is going to hit the wallet hard. Or you can just buy a few beers! ;D
T shirt for Sun'n and Cherry'n ;D
Can we dress Manny as a M'crack? - We ought to just pool all the shirts together - Did Gims sell out of the "top ten" shirts?
i can't wait to go back to revel grove...
Hey Scotsman I'll put you on my Christmas card list if you do
I'm sure we could make a tam & kilt to fit him
Did we ever find out how much shirts are, by the way?
They are $15.00, but there are limited sizes left.
Thanks, Peddlin. Fortunately, I am of limited size as well so I'd be looking for a small or medium.
I do believe that Lairde Guard'n is working on a fresh supply, so hopefully that will not be a problem.
I am soo looking forward to seeing everyone!

oh boy. if that's the case, i think i'm in big trouble. hey! wait! this could be fun though! i wonder what i'll get into next?
Just wait until I tell your sponsor.. :-*
yeah...hey, where is he anyway? this is all your fault anyway, you know! you got me into this! ;D
there's no goin' back now!
And a lot of fun it is too! LOL
i'm going to have to get a special pouch just to hold all my demerits. that means more shopping! oh darn. ;D
Bummer, don't ya just hate that? Shopping that is.
Yeah..it takes away from my very important drinking time! I wonder if the pouch store would deliver to the pub?
the word "dancing" come to mind - isn't this the second person two years in a row to "misplace" a mug at VARF?
change of subject --- we are almost a month away from invading Revel Grove ---
Any news on the where the Carolina Chapters are staying?
Estimated cost of travel basics - hotel/gas/food
Are we getting a group discount or buying tickets at gate?
I think something along the lines of "M'Crack's got Talent" is going to be featured for this one.
Hey Princess -
If you will check the Maryland threads, Lady Gloriana is getting us discount tickets (at $12.50!), but you need to let her know how many you need, and send her some money. Lady Joyce Ann has graciously offered us an empty apartment, while we are there, so just check with your Father about it. You know who does the planning.
;)
This keeps growing and growing. . . it'll be a sea of kilts and green shirts!

Well as of June 27 we had well over 70 and I have no idea how many have added since then.
80 right now ... but I am sure the number will grow with some surprise visitors ....
80?! Wow! A beautiful thing! Has there ever been such a gathering ? I'm pretty sure there probably won't be one quite like this again for some time!
Is that just M'Cracks, or does it include FoCMs?
