Title: Best deal on Hanwei Rapiers?

Hello all!
I was just wondering is anyone knows the best place to get a deal on a Paul Chen/ Hanwei Rapier?
I am looking for a Torino Rapier, or a Solingen Rapier.

I will also add that, beyond price, he is very customer focussed, and I personally buy from him as a dealer of first choice anytime I can to keep his business going.  I have nothing but excellent things to say about Kult of Athena.
