Title: What Is "Tissue Linen" at JoAnns? Mystery Solved!
Post by: Cilean on May 26, 2010, 05:21:05 PM

So you all remember I mentioned that they had this Linen on JoAnns' Site called "Tissue Linen" no one could give me any indication about what it exactly was? Well mystery solved it is a Blend! Of Linen and Cotton and it is light weight I would say 3.5 it is see through and very white.   It is at most of the JoAnns in California,
(Yep I have been visiting the whole state recently, and yep I head into the stores), I don't know if they have it everywhere though. It is 8.99 but the 50% off sale
it is a whole $4.49 a yard which is really nice it has the drape of the linen and weave is lovely.

I am making new Shirts and Smocks for the kids and so this has been a wondrous find! I suggest trying it out if you get the chance.
