Post by: RESCU on July 27, 2010, 04:16:14 PM
Thursday, August 5, 2010   8 pm
Gorton Center, 400 East Illinois, Lake Forest, IL

Over 325 years of performing experience in one show!

Don't miss this Benefit and Theatrical Extravaganza featuring the performers you know and love from the Bristol Renaissance Faire
as they break from their restrictions for ONE NIGHT ONLY. Enjoy incredible music and comedy as the entree, with an ample smorgasbord of other oddities to top the evening.  MooNiE, The Swordsmen, The New Minstrel Revue, and Our Curtain Guy are but a few taking the stage in this sweet taste of Bristol talent. What a rare chance to see these veteran performers let loose and improvise, instigate, and inspire each other to the highest level of humor. You won't know what to expect, except that it's original, exciting and well worth the time to attend. Don't miss it!

Refreshments and a silent auction will be offered before the show and at intermission.

All proceeds from this evening will benefit The RESCU Foundation; a not for profit dedicated to the health and medical well-being of Renaissance Festival participants.

Tickets are $15 and available from www.BrownPaperTicket.com (http://www.brownpaperticket.com).

This is an absolutely hilarious event. If you haven't been, not only does your $15 go to the honest,
trusted, well and most needed charity of RESCU, the comical bang for time and money will blow your
mind. If you think all you are going to see is a replay of faire material, you are mistaken. The improv
these guys come up with will keep you rolling. We attended 2008 and 09 and had a freaking blast.
Laughter heals.
