Title: Garbing a non-female
Post by: LadyStitch on October 04, 2010, 08:04:19 AM
Now that my show has closed I've been approached by a possible client to make a custom gown for him for a backwards ball on New Years eve.
I've done body shaping undergarments before but that was to make a hunch back for "The Secret Garden".
Could anyone point me to a contact or a good place that tells how to make good underpinnings for this situation?

My suggestion would be to look at tips for drag queen or transvestite costuming. Just make sure to keep "safe search" turned on.

Also, I know that Laughing Moon has a men's corset pattern if you're looking for a sort of wasp waist look.
