Good-bye, Lt. Frank Drebin. You were the best.

Heard it on the way in to work... One of my favourites! Think I'll go home tonight and watch Forbidden Planet followed by Airplane.
You'll be missed Mr. Nielsen, and we won't call you surly...
Very sad, I love Airplane and Police Squad.... :-[
I respected and enjoyed him because he never took himself seriously. He really enjoyed being who he was.
He has a voice that will live forever.
RIP Captain Over. How interesting that I had the chance to catch Airplane several times on cable last week...
You and your talent will be missed. RIP
Truely, his talent was awesome!
:'(
This is classic!

"Ever... Seen a grown man naked?"
Wasn't that Peter Graves that uttered that line? STILL a hilarious line, and Graves
is dead, as of March this year, so still appropriate. The deadpan (no pun intended...I think) delivery of both these actors in
Airplane! was just too much (the good kind of "too much"). If you've only watched this movie once or twice, you
still haven't seen it all! There is so much going on in the background, you can't possibly catch it all. Brilliant piece of film.
Merlin, you are correct. It was Peter Graves that uttered those words.
