Title: Butterflies
Post by: BubbleWright on February 25, 2011, 05:07:33 PM
I know butterflies are near and dear to faeries. Like the fae, they are meant to fly free, not entrapped in a jar, so I was quite taken aback to see rows of mason jars each with a buttefly inside at my local BJ's. Fear not, no live creatures were to be found inside but a very clever mechanical butterfly that would flit about the jar when activated by a test button. The wing movement is very life like and random as it skitters about the jar. I bought 2 of them, one for myself and one for a gift. When removed from the packaging, a tap on the cap brings the butterfly to life. Check out the manufacturer's web site...
