Oh dear... You really shouldn't have told me that...
I know! I definitely wasn't planning on any shopping this weekend, but this is too good to pass up--I've never seen 25% of an entire purchase before! I'll probably stock up on the fabric for Milord's Much Ado military jacket, and the trim and forepart/sleeve fabric for my red noble.
(sigh) I wish I could afford to go shopping this weekend... :'(
But.... But... I'm moving in two weeks. But I can't pass this up! ???

i have a coupon! although i didnt want to shop anymore, since we just found out we are having a little girl in August, I need to get trims and such for our matching gowns!

Yep, the 25% off was sent separately. It's for their Friends and Family sale this weekend. They sent two 25% off coupons - one for you, and one for a friend (if you so choose to share). I gave my bonus one to a friend of mine who I'm teaching how to sew! ^_^
We're going to both be at castle in Loveland, OH this weekend but I think we're going to run to JoAnn up there some time during the day! XD

But will it be able to work with the discounted material? The last time they had one of the "off your total purchase" coupons (the 10%) they were only able to use it on all the items that weren't otherwise discounted. Which is totally lame.
Ok, here's what the Friends & Family coupon says:
"25% off your total purchase. Includes regular and sale-priced items." (Which would include the Waverly sale!)
In the fine print: "Cannot be combined with any other discount or coupon." (So you couldn't hand them a 40% off single-item coupon AND the 25% off coupon. I guess they only do that during the quarterly (?) "Coupon Commotion" deals.)
Still! Not a bad deal overall.
Since I work at Joanns, you can use more than one coupon per transaction, but the 25% off will only be applied to items that you do not use another coupon on. So you can use your 40% off coupon, but the 25% off will not count towards that item.

An extra 25% off! I do need more threads, some fabric for a Chemise, Pirate Coat lining for upcoming commissions. I do need anopther 50 yards of White Symphony Broadcloth as well.
I am going up to my daugther's on Thursday to help for a week and oogle over my new granddaughter. We plan to go to a Super JoAnn's in Eden Prarie on erands over the weekend.
