Sorry I didn't post this yesterday I was having issues with my comp.

1.On June 12th, LadyJessica will post which faires are in the running for the RenDezvous.
2.A members' vote will only count if they were a member on or before June 1st of that year and have at least 25 posts. (For this year only I am lowering the post count to 10)
3.Everyone will have one month in which to place his or her vote.
4.Each member has one vote and one vote only.
5.For the vote to count the member must make the vote themselves. You cannot ask someone to make it for you.
6.Please keep the voting thread to votes only. Mods will delete posts that are not votes!!
7. Votes must be made in the thread. You can not Renmail your vote.

I once said I'd not vote on faires for RenDezvous on principal. I really do think each faire we've had so far and any faire in the future would put on a great party. Having said that, I wil cast a vote for Maryland. You all have come so close each year and you so deserve to have the chance to show us your home faire. I hear it's a blast there. Sooo....

How come the faires listed are always either out west or down south ? ;D How about us people up North. Note..i have read the rules about rendezvous, just curious how come more north east folks don't volunteer to host a rendezvous. I would volunteer if i was not still dealing with health issues !

another suggestion would be to have four small rendezvous throughout the year.
one near the west coast or midwest for those people living out there and others who may want to attend...
one in the midwest..
one in the south...
and one in the north....
just an idea. Cause i for one know i would like to meet some of you guys in person, but the cost of traveling is not cheap these days !
Check into the rules for the RenDevous. Each area indeed gets a fair chance at being chosen. The clincher is getting at least two people to volunteer to be the host(esses) who know their Faire and it's locality. Now back to voting, folks...
