This is a wet-formed sporran flask. Thought you Star Wars fans would like to see this one.

I've been thinking about doing something similar. So I take it you carved and dyed the leather, then got it wet and formed to to the flask? Is that the right order?

Nope. I carved it, sewed it together, soaked it, formed it, let it dry, and then dyed it.
