So in the garbing thread I posted a question about materials... here I need patterns, tips for said patterns. I am hoping there is a pattern for this particular style doublet :

I've seen/found a few patterns through searching for a good portion of the week for that high collar shirt underneath the doublet. Haven't quite figured out the pants though. I was looking at the pair that is seen here :

I know probably the exact patterns wont be had but... something close as possible. The patterns I have found... have been less than promising.
(Apologize for making yet another thread. Didn't want to hijack someone elses.)
I think you could get pretty close using Fantasy Fashion patterns.

I agree with L:ady L that the Fantasy Fashions Pattern for Doublets can be tweaked to get the desired effect. I have this pattern, which I need to reorder, and have used it for many Doublets. It's a great pattern with instructions easy to follow.
As for the Sleeves, it's one's imagination to make.
Those are perfect.. I can make the necessary alterations with a little imagination indeed. Thank you, much appreciated! ;D
Pics will definitely need to be posted to show your progress and end result ;D
