Any source for a variety of boot buttons?
While not technically boot buttons. I get mine from Tandy Leather.
Any metal shank buttons will work as long as they're sewn on well. I prefer waxed cording myself.

actually I was looking for the ones that are screwed on, i'm not much of a sewer, especially on leather
Tandy has some of the better choices.
Doing searches for conchos usually yields good results as well. Otherwise you can sometimes find some rather interesting ones in biker apparel sections also.

Grammercy! All
I had one of the buttons come of my tall House of Andar boots. I replaced it with a concho/chicago screw back from Tandy. However, it too has pulled out of the leather, so I must either patch the leather or add a washer for a larger backing...
