Trying to look downward while wearing a doublet is not recommended.

It was really windy today.
Gosh, you make the most beautiful things! (And the second picture makes me want to make and wear a ruff. I've never wanted to wear a ruff before! Look what you've done! <3)
Thank you :) You should make one, they really are not that hard.
Great job! I especially like the 3rd picture for your attitude/posture. I can almost see you in a Coello painting...
Oh, glorious!! That red silk is so perfect. The ruff is a fabulous finish, but... when did you make a red velvet doublet?!
I think I made the doublet in 2004 or 2006..was my first doublet!
Yesyesyes! I think I just had a ruff-gasm :o
Gorgeous!!!
Love the open ruff look! Delicious!
Love it!!
Wonderful! I would love to have an open ruff like that for my "doublet" How did you attach it?
Thank you for the kind words everyone! :)
Prima all I did was use two sewing pins to pin it to the doublet collar lining.
