Title: I got over my cheapness and bought a good bodice

I got the Miranda bodice, the version with straps, from very merry seamstress.

This is basically what I got, except no appliqué on the front.

Congratulations, Dev!!!!

Going with a good and well made Bodice is a decision well made. You have a piece of garb that will go with most everything you have, adorn how you wish, and it will have been money well spent when it lasts you years.

Contrary to Melanie Wilkes, the happiest day is NOT when a new baby arrives; it is when new garb arrives.  I'm sure you'll do your new bodice justice!
