Oct 9 & 10 is Friday and Saturday. Are they certain of those dates?

Also, if it really is that weekend (Oct 10 & 11), then it's the same weekend as A Gathering of Rogues and Ruffians in New Glarus, WI.

Anyone know if this would be a good event for a first timer with kids, ages 5-11?

Hi Laura,

I've never been to this faire so I can't tell you anything about it. Depending on where you live, a nice faire to take children to is held in June at the Wildlife Prairie Park. It is just outside Peoria, in Brimfield.

Also, there is a faire in the Amana Colonies over Memorial weekend that has a lot for children to do.

This faire in Oct. Is the same weekend as A Gathering of Rogues and Ruffians in New Glarus, WI, so I may try to go to a different faire both days.
