Thanks, everybody. It's at 8007 now. I don't get a prize or ad money but now the Allegheny County Council can see that over 8,000 people have seen it and all over the world people know how they have schemed to target one group, the hospitality industry, to shoulder the burden of a public utility's incompetence.
