Um, it looks fine to me!  ???  The flame points of the neckline are really striking.

(And, just out of curiosity, if you thought it was boring, why did you buy/make it?)

Wow, why didn't I see this before we started construction on *my* bodice? That's one cool neckline. I agree with gem, it looks fine already.

I guess you could maybe stitch on a little braid accent, but I'd be reluctant to do too much for fear of detracting from it, rather than enhancing it. On the other hand, if you stitch on some embellishment, you could remove it if you didn't like the result.

I really like it actually, its just a little plain for me I spose. Then again I am a bit eccentric. I suppose I'll pair it with a more interesting skirt.

Thanks

Well I agree with Gypsy, maybe some braided trim or maybe find someone who does embroidery with a machine and put something in the middle. That being said I think it's great,I would put a bolder chemise under it and not mess with the bodice. ;)

i love that bodice :)  the neckline is amazing

but i can see where you want it to pop out more, im eccentric and crazy also
but i wouldnt change anything about the bodice, but some accessories that are bold would enhance it :)

Wear it over a tie dyed flame coloured silk chemise and gypsy skirt...  It deee-Lish just as it is.

You could change the laces to add a bit more color.  Narrow grossgrain ribbon works well.

What about emphasizing the flame neckline with some orange/yellow/gold beading?
