We are looking forward to our return as well! Both of us plan not to remember anything past noon ;D
Our shire has been prepared. Everything is in its place and all the sire residents have been rehearsed and coached. The songs have been practiced until they sound just perfect and even the weather has been arranged. An extra measure of beer and mead has been laid in and the media has been notified of a very special event.
Now all we need is our two very special family members to arrive from the land of Mary to make things complete. We await your arrival like the night longs for the morning sun.
I hope the week goes by quickly so we can make the weekend slow down while you are here.
Safe journey, my friends.
Safe travels...the whole Mumsies gang had so much fun over the weekend, they are begging for one more day, so we may all be there again. Mumsies on Sunday...
Looking forward to seeing you both soon my friend. 'Tis a pity that this is the last weekend of GPRF, yet it is all the reason to make it a memorable one... or not... although that depends on alcohol consumption alone ;D
Yeah, yeah. I'll be there.
Evidently our dear Syrac had consumed over much on Sunday because he has forgotten to mention something of note.
He was the winner of the Men In Kilts contest that day!
Huzzah!
Margaret Tudor, Queen of Scotland
I will be there, of course, upon the decks of Morgan's Bounty. Be sure to stop in and say hello!

And why does that not surprise me?
Thanks Terry ...thanks all!
Syrac wins the kilt contest eh? Well, at least he didn't wear it backwards! You learned from the best cousin!
Weather:
Saturday: 77/56
Sunday: 73/53
Awesome ... need to bust out those cloaks for the AM tailgate .... either that or some hearty , ahem, heated drinks ;)
I'll be there, of course, since I'm part of the cast. I'm outside for the opening gate show, but I imagine you'll still be in the parking lot at that time. Any chance we can drag you over there, tailgaters?
Hopefully I'll get a chance to stop by and say "Hello" at some point during the day. I'll know where to find you once you get inside.
BTW My brother and his wife, of Crownsville MD will also be there Saturday. My wife Angela will be there Sunday.
I'll be there too, camera in hand. Just remember that if you get called up to be the air band again...There will be pictures to prove it... :P
I will be there both days..Wild horses and all of that.
I'm sad, but also really really excited. It seems like this week there is so much going on!

Oh crap ... I didn't realize you were going to be there ... I better be sure to be on my best behavior!
Scottsman, you don't have one. Remember? That's why we love you.
Lets Party it up this weekend
You can count on Rick and I to be there on Sunday. Alas we will be engaged at Kennywood (scaring the hell out of as many people as we can) on Saturday. I both look forward to and dread Sunday....any day I can spend with my Renn family is wonderful, but the last day is so bitter sweet. OK, who's bringing the tissues?
thanks for the props on the men in kilts comp. I could not have done it without the inspiration of all who attended, besides someone had to stand in for Scotsman!
Syrac had that contest all tied up... er, with a blue ribbon? Two whole days full of men wearing kilts-- you'd think it was *my* birthday!
I cannot think of this as the final weekend. Fortunately since I'm a blonde, self-delusion is not hugely difficult. When you see me can you all just pretend that this is going to go on forever?
(I keep thinking about Laurie's status the other day-- First Rule of Final Weekend: We don't talk about final weekend!)

Hope you all have a wonderful time and Safe Journey!!
((HUGS))
Morgan and Dwyn

(Looks out the window, scowling)
Rain. Sigh. Alas, we shall all still have a grand time this weekend! I'll just break out the rain garb instead.
Morgan dear - listen for a toast around noon in your and Dwynn's honor.
Charity - we shall definitely see you on your ship today.
See you all soon!
