I have absolutely NO IDEA where to put this, so please would the moderators move it somewhere more appropriate if need be... It's a bit OT from the strict period outlook, but it's still fun.
So, I was rambling round a totally unrelated group and up this popped. I think it's brilliant. What would YOU wear here?

I have actually been there in person, and more is open to the public than appears on this tour, but as a peek in the door of the main rooms, and to give you an idea of what the place is like, this is fantastic. You'd need a suitably fantastical frock, so...
I'd want to make this to wear there:

Or possibly this:

Or maybe this:

What would YOU wear here?
And where is YOUR favorite fantasy place, and what would you wear there?
The Pre-Raphaelites are some of my favorite painters. As long as you realize that these are all paintings by some very romantic Victorians (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pre-Raphaelite_Brotherhood (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pre-Raphaelite_Brotherhood)), I like all three.
Yes indeed (been some of MY fave raves for 40 years!), but then so is Castell Coch. A romantic Victorian dream built on a fantasy version of history, with some element of truth in the foundations! That's why the Pre-Rafaelite gowns fit it so well. ;D
I'd personally go with the first dress from the "Lady of Shalott" painting. Although the blue is also very gorgeous.
My fantasy place...faire!!! lol
