Title: 38th Annual Scottish Christmas Walk Weekend
Post by: Scotsman on November 18, 2008, 11:28:27 AM
For those interested, Lady Guinness and I went last year and plan on going again this year on 6 December. Feel free to join us for Brunch with friends.
The parade will feature quite a few of our very own ren family from MDRF and VARF.

Most likely we will meet at Murphy's (like last year) unless someone has a better idea.

Oh, you could hear the crickets from the other room as well eh? Once you get pass the cob webs in the doorway, this room isn't so bad ... it is the location lass - all the way at the end of the hall, no one knows we are down here ... anyway I am glad you found us.

The good thing is that there is more ale for the rest of us  ;D

As much as Michael and I would love to make the trip, I'm afraid it just isn't going to happen this year.  However, I did print out the info and it will be added to our "Future Trips" folder.  (And by then he should have his kilt  ;D)

Awesome ... tell the lad its time to put on the kilt and become a real man ... hmmm, that does sound a little strange!

Darn I thought I posted here already.  I would LOVE to however my lady and I are involved in 2 Christmas parades that day for VARF so we will not be able to make it sadly.  Lift a pint for me and know I'm with you in spirit.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 29.

Sunday: Partly sunny, with a high near 43.

A tad chilly, but the good thing is we are not bound to ren gear - I can bundle up with a nice sweater and a camelback full of Scotch  ;D
