Not sure if anyone has ever dealt with this company. My suggestion is AVOID like the plague.
I had ordered an item from their site which they said was in at time of order. They had many testamonials all positive, but those can be made up. They claim to be a Christian company with Christian values and beliefs.
I ordered an item 2 weeks ago I was told was in stock at time of ordering. Since then the item just shows as Processing. I have called and left many voice message as well as emails with no responce. The one time I got "Lisa" who the phone seems to belong to. She put me on hold for 10 minutes and then said I need to call the warehouse and I will call you right back. She never did.
Now the only reason I ordered from this is the testamonials given and they out of the few places I found had an item someone I care for wanted for faire garb. While their site says 2 - 3 days shipping on items in stock and 6 - 8 weeks for large armor, the item is an item that shouldbe shipped in 2 - 3 days. it's been 2 weeks and no responce. So I called my credit Card/Bank and they have started the process for charge disputes.
They are out of Murphy, Texas
If anyone had dealings withthem I think your lucky. if you haven't... DON'T for anything. They are very unprofessional as far as a busiess goes and I would avoid places like that like the plague.

I was planning on making an order from them but just haven't gotten around to doing it!.
Don't forget to leave comments about the company on rating sites such as Better Business Bureau http://www.bbb.org/ (http://www.bbb.org/), Bizrate http://www.bizrate.com/ratings_guide/guide.html (http://www.bizrate.com/ratings_guide/guide.html), and especially wherever you read the original customer testimonials (PayPal, eBay, etc). It reallys helps.
CANCEL THAT PAYMENT!

I have, and I agree 100% to avoid them like the plague. I don't even want to get started on BS they tried shoveling us in the course of a HALF A YEAR with the order still not completely right!

Thanks for the info. We were about to order one of there most expensive daggers. Not now. Sadly, it was the only website that we found that particular dagger....which was unusual. Most websites seem to have the same stuff.

Wow, thanks for the heads up! I've been looking at some stuff on their site, just never got around to ordering...glad now that I kept putting it off...
Well they FINALLY sent me something... No it wasn't what I ordered either. I got them to FINALLY reply to one message saying "They had no idea what happened to the original order"! I asked for a refund or the right item. i got an email saying item shipping finalized but no idea if the right item is on the way or not. So I am stuck withthe srong item that wasn't worth the item ordered with them claiming they have a mailing return lable on it's way (As if I am going to pay for return shippment on their HUGE mistake). And still no word if the correct item is on it's way. After the one email reply they have not returned many other emails and phone calls.
OYE what can I do? Is it possible to still dispute this and get my money back?
Yup still avoid them, pass the word, they are BAD NEWS. I even informed them that if I had to tell others it would hurt business and in todays economy this kind of word of mouth will kill a business and put them 6 feet under.

Haven't seen this one on any other sites. I tried calling them 5 or 6 times, got a recording and left messages with a email addresses, nothing ever came to my Blackberry.

I don't know how many phone messages with my phone number I have left, but I have set about a dozen emails. The first seeing if the item was in stock. it took them three emails to respond to that one. But onceI placed the order they have only replied once says They had no idea where the mistake happened in shipping the wrong item and that they would sent a return slup. That was about 8 or 9 days ago.. Now the site says my item has finished shipping where as just before and a day or two after I got the wrong item it said Processing.

Finally after MANY weeks of trying to contact Real Armor of God they emailed me back saying they were sending me a return shipping slip and a refund for my item that they seem to not be able to ship now. When I ordered the item I was told it was in stock, Now it seems it is not. A real Frustrating experience that won't be over until I get my refund in my account so I can try to find the proper item. I found one on ebay so I hope this item is in stock as the seller shows it to be.
OH Real Armor of God claiming to be fast and curtiias and holding to Christian Values? What Christian Values might those be?
AVOID and pass the word. In todays economy business like this will fail.

Unbelievable! Almost exactly the same scenario we experienced!

It would only be fair for you to acknowledge the fact that you have been issued a full refund
and you were given a gracious apology for the item being sold out from under you. There was nothing done
that was deceitful or underhanded. I am thrilled that you have been able to locate your helmet and I hope the recipient
enjoys their Christmas gift. We are terribly sorry..again that we have disappointed you.

HUM No apology was ever given and I have YET to see the money refunded in my account.
I was told at the time of ordering that the Helmet WAS In stock THEN no word on the web site just a In Process. This went on for over two weeks and it clearly states on the web site that 2 - 3 days for shipping. I made MANY phone calls and Emails and had NO responce from anyone. Finally I actually got to talk to "Lisa" who said she would look into it and call me right back. "Lisa" never called me back as she said she would.
2 Weeks later I finally recieved something... the wrong item ordered. When I called and emailed about this I finally got an email reponce that said you would look into it and that was the final thing I heard up until Monday after I left more voice messages and sent another email and finally got a responce that you where issuing a refund as the item would not ship by Christmas. As of today my account still does not show the refunded funds and I got no apology or an explanation of what happened and why I was told the item was in stock then was shipped the wrong item.
Communication with this company is poor to not at all. Top notch customer service is when you reply right away.
OK...it's time for y'all to take this to email or Private Message.
