Each year at this time, we are asked to reflect and give our thanks.
What are you thankful for??
My answer is humbly.....I am thankful for the opportunity to live a RICH life. I may not be a RICH woman in money terms, but I am RICHER for the people in my life who inspire, love, and believe in me. They are my husband, children, extended family, and friends.
For that and much more, I give thanks.
I have had the weirdest most bizarre year ever. Filled with one catastrophe after another.
And I find myself Thankful. Because you don't have to look far to find someone worse off.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone !
Ferret
I am thankful for every single one of you!
Love to all my friends, everywhere!!
For the faire-family that has been my strength over the past couple months, post-season and during faire.
For the phone calls and emails, and the well-wishes and for making me smile whenever I needed it most. For knowing that I'll be missed this weekend, and even laughing when I got emotional about it. For the most amazing friends made through faire, a best friend, multiple big sisters, big brothers, surrogate faire-mums and dads. :-*
I'm thankful for the roof over my head, and for the in-laws that are so lovingly letting us use it.

I'm thankful that, in the past year, I've gotten rid of THE most toxic person in my life, and, through that experience, I am learning to better trust someone that I should have trusted with my life all along.
I'm thankful for the new friends I've made this year.
I'm thankful for my loving husband who, even though they infuriate him from time to time, accepts my insecurities and deep-seeded issues. And loves me anyway. And does his best to not yell at me when they rear their ugly heads.
I'm thankful for all the people that have told me I'm pretty over the past few weeks (even if I still have a hard time believing it), because I've really needed that.
I'm thankful that my kitty is feeling better. o.O The move didn't sit well with him for a week or so.
I'm thankful to have a roof over my head. I'm thankful that my auto accident settlement will finally be coming in & I'll be able to have a new used vehicle by the end of the year - thank ye gods!
I'm thankful for my wonderful husband and two fantastic sons.
I'm thankful for my good health. I'm finding out that most kidney transplant patients are not as healthy as I am, and I feel really blessed.
I am thankful to have a nice house to live in, and enough money to pay the bills, with some money left over to do fun things like go to faire.
I am thankful to go to a church where everyone is accepted for who they are, and it doesn't matter about your color, your sexual orientation, your politics, nothing. The people are open, loving, and welcoming to all, and God's presence is truly felt through the love of the people that is freely shared.
I am thankful to work for a company who values its employees and told us that even in these uncertain financial times, they have been prudent in managing the company's money, and no one will lose their job.
I am thankful to have a large circle of friends, some new, and some I have known for almost all my life.
