Title: Kilt Robe J/F
Post by: The Amadan on January 02, 2009, 12:43:54 PM
Had my mother create a rustic wool kilt robe for me.
I don't know how accurate it would be, but I like it!

Is it open down the sides?  If so, then it is a Chamarre, which is very period from the Ancient eras onward.
Yes, it looks great!  Is it comfy?  Girls just love to snuggle under a wool cloak when it's cold out.  Good luck!

Nope, not open on the sides... just a very basic hooded, sleeved cloak/robe.

Quite comfy... don't know about the girls part, yet. ;)
