GUILTY PLEASURES!!! We all have them.
They can be a food so bad for you that you cannot resist a taste or complete binge on. Or, a movie so rotten, that you get an itch to watch it from time to time.
What are yours???
Mine are...Cheesecake!!! Toppings or no!! Melt in your mouth, rich, sinful CHEESECAKE!!!
Also, the movie, SHOWGIRLS. It had such potential to be a really good film. Gina Gershon was marvelous as the Diva of the hotel's show. As bad as this film is, there were few memorable moments.
mmmm cheesecake. that's one. and bacon, I could eat a whole package if no one stops me. what's worse is I dip them all in syrup.
movies ..... anything with cowboys or knights! looks amazing. on the tv, though, I'm freakishly scared of horses.
Really good chips and Salsa. I can eat a whole jar in one sitting by myself, Queso is a close 2nd. Salami and Cheese is another.
Veggie pizza with an ice cold Pepsi.
Curled up on the couch under a throw watching Fawlty Towers.
Cheesecake is one for me as well, and also pizza.
No movies, currently, but I could pop in the show/documentary "In the Path of a Killer Volcano" anytime (it's about the 1991 eruption of Mt. Pinatubo). (We had to get the dvd for it as we actually wore out the tape we had. :P ;D )
Hmmm.....
Queso from Little Mexico, bagel bites, buffalo wings, spinach artichoke dip, and So You Think You Can Dance. It's one of my favorite TV shows.
Also a fan of Clueless, Mean Girls, Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinkin Your Juice in the Hood, Twilight, and really bad 70s and 80s XXX movies (especially the french ones). Those last ones crack me up!
Ben and Jerries half baked Ice cream and new york dreamery strawberry Cheesecake ice cream with the bits in it. ohhhh lord i can eat a pint of both of them no problem
Peanut Butter M&M's, Pizza Rolls, Fereir Roche (Spl?)
Dragons & castles. I have a huge collection and ever growing ;D Although I am slowly breaking the bank :-\ :'(
When I'm on a long drive I like to eat those weird little mini donuts that are coated in plastic chocolate with ice cold milk.
I actually like a lot of the songs by The Monkees ("Valerie," "Shades of Grey," "Gonna Buy Me A Dog"). And I think Neil Diamond actually has a good voice, although I'm not what I would call a fan.
I watch a soap opera and have followed this one for most of my life (Guiding Light, longest running one ever). I used to watch Dark Shadows, though, too. That was a great one!
I'm sure there's more. Those are the first that come to mind.
good, quality cheese and wine. Bliss. :)
Girly frou-frou drinks... LOL Blended, with ice! Or Baileys Irish cream, everclear and Frangelico in coffee...
(who me, drink???)
I also really like looking up obscure song lyrics online... LOL

That makes you feel guilty? That's every night for me! Absolutely no guilt involved!
Guilty pleasure? Flirting shamelessly with Rengirls. Oh wait, I don't feel guilty about that.; I am shameless.
Oh, and I forgot my addiction to cheesy WB shows...
The first one that caught me and beat me over the head?????
Dawson's Creek....
I could sit and eat a bag of regular M & Ms. NOT the blue ones, though. They should be banned.
Also, Steve makes chocolate chunk cookies to die for. They are just smaller than a frisbee and so full of chocolate chunks, I couldn't even begin to think of how many calories are in 1, and I could sit and eat 6 of them at a sitting, if I didn't know I'd be sick. Most I ever did was 2. But they are delicious.

Then I'll accept your guilt on that basis alone! Fine food and wine should never cause guilt on their own behalf!
My guilty pleasure? Does it have to be food?
Buying or borrowing books and reading until the wee hours of the night.
Oh!!! Garage sales!!! I can't even drive past one without stopping...
When it comes to shows on TV, Dexter, and nip/tuck.
What was that, Noble Dreg? We couldn't hear you. ;D
Mine is chocolate truffles from Godiva, cheesecake, death by chocolate ice cream or Baskin Robbins Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream, and others. I'm just having a blank moment and can't think of them right now.

Two Weeks Notice. I swear, this movie is on every time I channel surf and I always stop and watch it. It's a totally predictable romantic comedy, but for some reason I get sucked in every time. I forsee myself purchasing the DVD sometime in the near future. :)

I had a whole playlist of songs from Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, N'Sync, Christina Agulara (sp), Gwen Stefani, etc.... for when I walked on my treadmill when I was pregnant.
"Sexy Back" started my labor :D
Sexy Back is my ringtone, and My Love is the special one I have for the husband.

My daughter had a mild seizure when we were watching the FutureSexLoveSound concert on HBO. Scared me to freaking DEATH! I thought she was dancing, but then turned a lovely shade of blue and her eyes rolled back into her head. Turns out, it was just a febrile seizure- brought on by the onslaught of a HIGH fever. Seizure BEFORE the damn fever. How do you battle THAT?!?!?
BTW, she's ok, she hasn't had a seizure since last Superbowl Sunday. They're pretty rare anyways.
Ok... :-[ The Quiet Man starring John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara... :-[
It's my all time favorite movie, cheesy as it is, and I would own it if I could find a copy! It's got the best movie kiss I've ever seen, one of the funniest fight scenes and of course all that beautiful Irish countryside!!!

Oh wow! I'm glad she's okay. Huh.. I've never heard of a seizure before a fever. I've had a couple relatives that had the high fever/seizure happen a couple of times, but it was after they'd had the fever for thirty minutes (on the way to the hospital).

I once slid down a flight of icy concrete steps. I had a huge black and blue bruise on the inside of my right arm (not sure how that happened exactly, maybe from trying to cushion my head?), from the armpit to my elbow. I was very much proud of it and showed it to all my friends. The big colorful bruises on my arse were not so freely displayed. Only my bestest friends got to see those. ;D I've even had a few bruises that evoked fond memories whenever I looked at them. They're like souveniers!

I love that show"Secret Confessions of a Call Girl"!
Movies: Any of Drew Barrymore's "chick flicks." You know...Never Been Kissed, Music and Lyrics...stuff like that.
Music: The Monkees (I was a hardcore Davy Jones fangirl when I was 10 and the show used to come on VH1.) and a few recent pop songs...like "Untouched" and "Womanizer." That's pretty much happened because I can't find the adapter to charge my iPod. But "Untouched" has ended up on my phone. XD
TV: Any of the sitcoms that run on Lifetime--Golden Girls, Still Standing, Will & Grace, Frasier...stuff like that. I don't generally watch TV. XD
Foods: Ben & Jerry's...usually Chunky Monkey, Karmal Sutra, or Americone Dream, Oreo Cakesters, granola in vanilla soy milk (well, actually, granola with practically anything), ranch dressing (on pizza, fries, other potato-y things), and basically anything cherry-flavoured.
Random bits: boys with tattoos, baking stuff, really amazing shoes, making Sims of people I'm angry with and humiliating them, making Sims in general, texting and playing on facebook from my phone while I'm at work (and not technically supposed to have my phone on at all), buying underwear, and dancing around like a fool while I'm getting ready to go somewhere.
Guilty pleasures? Well the first one that comes to mind is watching the Maury Povich show. I know I should hate it, but I just can't get enough of getto fab, trailer trashy, no job havin' skanks and ho's DnA testing 100's of guys tryin' to find out just who their "baby daddy" is!!!
Those are always good for a laugh.
The court tv shows are good too just to see what idiots try and get past the judge.

Oh ... how could I forget about talk shows? This is how I learned English after coming to US. I was addicted to them for years. Sad and happy, trashy and ugly ... I'm there with you Greenman. I tried to figure out the "baby dady" mistery for some of those girls once too many time.
Oh wow, speaking of trashy TV shows... I was addicted to VH1's Celebreality series (Surreal Life, I Love New York, etc). lol Those are all, most certainly, guilty pleasures. I was even an assistant director on a reality TV pilot.. talk about crazy. It didn't sell... and I still pick and choose when I put it on a resume. lol :) :)
Anyhoo, those guilty pleasures are now over as I don't have cable. Or antenna. :(
Let's see here I have chocolate of course ,bacon ,salt ,steak ,tv ,dogs ,and that is all I am going to say unless you have all day.
Steak cooked on the grill, baked potato with lots of butter and sour cream and bacon bits. Broccoli with cheese sauce.
Corona with lime and curled up on a beach chair reading a Raymond Chandler.
Ya gotta love pulp fiction.
