Oh thank the Maker! I was told of it yesterday, but hadn't found the info yet. Good job posting the times! I looked at the guide to no avail!
For those of you who have never heard of this show, I bring you...

If you look under "Watch Our Show" you can see a clip of the TRF show, but it is VERY short.
We hav ION L but not the one that carries that clip...Thanks Aiacha!
I have ION and now I also have a big note on my refrigerator and all my calendars. I look forward seeing it.
I don't get ION *pouts* :'(
We've got ION on DirecTV (both on channel 305 and 49), but this program doesn't show up in the guide. It says 'paid programming'.
That's what my Directv says, too. DVR is still set to record just in case, though.
Found out I do have this channel on my Dish network. I have set the DVR for Monday morning showing. It shows World's Greatest, but says its about vitamins and also lists "paid programming" on the description.

You should have it. It's a Houston local channel. One of the weird ones no one watches. Check ION Network for the local I think it's 49. Mine says paid programming too.
I dropped them an e-mail and asked about purchasing a copy. It's a little pricey, $25, but if you're interested, I'll PM you their info.
FYI - I just e-mailed some questions and got this back.
"We cover many different industries, companies, and facilities in our "World's Greatest!..." program on each show. There is approximately 4 minutes dedicated to Tex Ren Fest. in this episode. We were there on November 2nd, 2008."

Only four minutes? Frak that... Not paying $25 for four minutes...
Well, fishsticks! I have it on now and they're playing - paid programming. Poot.
Yeah, house forclosures. I also turned it on at 11am to see if they got the time zone wrong, but no. They are showing another infomercial.
Was anyone able to catch it in yesterday's time slot?
I saw it this morning at the 10AM CST showing. It was good. About 4 or 5 minutes long. Saw a lot friends & my booth banner. Made me miss faire.
The show is "The World's Greatest". It's not technically paid programing. Be patient. The clip is the second one of the show. There is also a clip for Conroe.
World's Greatest is indeed paid programming. Althought it is an infomercial, it was done quite nicely and you will recognize several of the TRF performers. I clocked it at about 4 1/2 minutes. In the short amount of time they had, Jeff Baldwin and Sarah Tipton provided a good overview of the faire. As Aiacha mentioned, you will notice from the acts, performers and attractions that the footage was taken this past season. There was a brief comment by TRF performer and R/F forum member Morrigan, and I also saw Volans for about one second. I wouldn't pay $25 for it, but do watch or record it if you can. It just makes ya feel good to see the TRF gounds alive while we are in the off season. This is a pretty good marketing tool, so I hope they run it again we we get close to opening canon.
