Hello one and all,
I think it is about time for us to use and recycle some of the fabrics that we have piled up in bins. Besides we all have things that we need / want but can not afford at the moment. Times are tough, so lets swap!
Make sure you list the:
Fiber content (if you don't know, then say that)
Length
Width
If it's printed or woven
If you have altered it in any way.
I will go first.
I have
2.9 yards
royal blue linen (I think it has cotton blended in it)
52" wide
No cuts or alterations have been done
Looks like this http://iowacityclothworks.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=12
Do you have something to trade?
Good idea, Syrilla, but I can't bear to part with any of my acquisitions. When I go shopping, I feel like I am on a treasure hunt, so I just can't give up any of my finds.
Trust me I know. Passing on fabric, no matter what it is, is hard. But we must help each other out in these bad times, and I know people here will give fabric a good home.
sy, can you bring it with you this weekend? I may be interested in just buying it from you, but only if my plans go for my character, and of course, your approval! lol! ;)
Will do. hugs and see you soon.

Yes! It would be like selling my child... :o
I find it easier to give away a sewing machine! ::)
Me too. Kate!!
I order or buy more than I need because I end up using it for other projects for clients or for myself at some time or another. Hats especially!!!
