Time has come to assemble this year's first round of garb for the little one. I've gone a few different directions already. Here's last year's:

I've been thinking it would be fun to go a little barbarian this time, at least for the first faire of the season. It'll most likely be fairly cool, so I was thinking some furs, but aside from that, I'm not too sure as of yet. I've got about two weeks to work on design if I'm going to have time to assemble it in time, and any suggestions would be great.
A mini barbarian sounds like fun - and fairly accurate for most kids! ;D
I thought you wanted to garb them, not go to a comes as you are. :D Seriously a pair of brown or tan sweats with the fur draped like captian cave man and a pair of little Ugg style boots what you wrap with leather laces should be perfect for cold weather faires fo a little one. BTW I love the 2 picutes, makes me ALMOST want one of my own.
there is a passel of barbarian children running around MDRF.. actually the whole family dresses alike... well I suppose you'd call it barbarian... it's smooth leather skirts and halters for the chilluns and mom and same theme for the dad..
Not the picture I originally had in my head, but here we go.
