Will Pgh. Renfest representatives be attending this festival?

Fliers on parchment paper and all that. Pirates would be good as well as 16th century folks. Josie (I hope) will be living in the Oakland/Shadyside area this summer and that is her move-in weekend so I may be here anyway and would love to help.
I have not heard anything about participating. We've done it in the past, but I'm not sure how effective we were.
