Hi everyone,
It was so great meeting all of you this year. This was our 3rd year and definitely, the best so far. We are new to this forum (thanks Mickey - for letting us know about it!). Yesterday was so much fun! We are so sorry we missed the final day...we hope you all had a great time! We are looking forward to keeping in touch with everyone. Hope to talk to you soon!
PS. We just picked our names (Irish, of course). What do you think? :-\
Many blessings,
Jo-Ann and Chuck
(Maeve and Lonan)
Not a bad name for an Irish PRINCESS! ;)
Hugs to you both, it was a blast!!
It was great to see you all as well. Thanks for making a great weekend even better.

Welsh Wench, Hector, NoBill Lurker, Mickey, Count Adolfo, Emerald Rouge and the many others we met this year,
You are all truly an amazing, warm and kind group of people! You have really made this year special for us. Since we met so late in the season, we hope there are other events or ways we can get together before next year. Lets stay in touch!
Many blessings,
Jo-Ann and Chuck 8)
Don't be strangers until next season... we do many things in the downtime!!!
Right now, I'm trying to organize a foray to GARF in 11 days...
Well, any friend of Irish Royalty be a friend o'mine, to be sure!
Ye two fit right in with a rangy bag o' miscreants that we have here at BARF. I wouldn't trade a thing fer any o them. Ye be welcomed as sure as there be breath in me lungs to shot out Huzzah when next we meet! In a short time had many a great laugh and felt like ye three were a part o' the crew from the beginning.
Now what needs be done is to help ye find that inner gentlemen o' fortune fer the next FL event at the Pirate Festival in John's pass this June...
Aye... I have said this before, I'll say it again...
what we lack in SIZE at BARF, we more than make up for in CHARACTER.
What a great assortment of characters we have!
I love that site that they put together showing many of the characters... it's phenomenal...
it's kind of a who's who of BARF... and Mickey's even in it!
Hello again,
Do you all go to the John's Pass Pirate Days? It's on June 12th, 13th and 14th this year. If so, lets meet up!
Jo-Ann and Chuck
I'll definitely be there...it's in my back yard practically!
But can the pass contain Mickey? :D
I'll be there, with Falcone at least... maybe even Isabella
Kitten and I will make it there Sunday for certain. Looks like she'll be working Saturday.
But we can always hope to change that.
Yea ... another fix for my Rendiction... ;D
nothing better than being amongst Fairemily.

In a word, NO! ;D
However, that being said, I will be very much looking forward to the event!
Davens and myself are, currently, somewhat, kinda sorta in discussion of John Levique (sp?) Pirate Days at John's Pass and may, at the least, plan for one day! We, mainly, I, have to see where I may be at that time...
I'll be at LeVique! Arrrrr!!!
You know we'll be there! And I'll look forward to sharing a nip from my new flask with you, Captain Anne.
Me and the krewe will be there as well!! Hide the rum and the wenches; we'lll find 'em......!
Cut out one step.
Hide the rum ON the wenches!

Hmmmm...Ambrose Colin O'Gael do think he likes that idea! See ye at Lavique...me hopes to be crewin' w/ our dastardly Anne Bonny! ;)
Aww....and I was hoping you'd be with the Bodacious crew.... ;)

Arrr....an jus' wha has ye thinkin that our good Anne's crew won't be bodacious enough? Twill be the plank for ye, I'm thinkin! ;D ::) ;D
Careful how ya say that, mate, most especially after ye've had a few nips of the Whalers. One might think ye're questionin' me parentage!

Yarr...just remember, you'll not be dealing with me prissy cousin Anna and her hoops. Rose is faster on her feet and a good bit harder to trip up. You'll have to catch her first!

Good point, Cap'n Anne...I wouldna be darin' t'do that - y're to quick wi a rapier, cutlass, or pistol! I be a good loyal mate, and twill be watchin me terminology around the flask! ;D

Ahhh...a challenge then, is it, lass? Ye ken I'll be keepin that in mind. I'll nae be quite as weighted down m'self, and believe it or no, the rum tends to make me more nimble as well! ;D
Although Sir William would ne'r ha thought o' Anna as "prissy"......mayhaps by comparisson only?
Careful there, Rose! Remember, on Anne Bonny's ship, her Cap'n's Rules state, "Whate'er ya catch, ya can keep!"

And "Got Booty" takes a mighty step forward!! ;D
OK, I'm no pirate...
but I missed this event last season and I have no intention of missing it again.
I intend to make sure it's a LOT of fun
for me, that is
you'll all have to make sure it's fun for you
you don't expect me to make sure it's fun for you, do you?
is it really up to me?
why is it up to me?
what makes you think I can make you have fun?
sheesh, all right, all right... I'll do what I can!
;D

This is a problem you really should consider addressing, Count. There were plenty of Italian pirates! ;D
We're always looking to increase the ranks!

LOL..Mayhaps Count's dingy is missing an oar or two this morning? ;D ;D
Just teasing you Count. Seriously, Everyone's got a little Pirate in 'em ..no jokes here please ::)... even if just for the day. You don't have to go all yarrr, but you should explore the possiblities. It's be fun to see your version of Italian pirate.

And don't count Mike's Hard Lemonade as hydration, trust me on this. Between that and the Blackbeard's Booty Rum Liquer (http://www.bbbooty.com), some of you got to see a silly drunken succubus on Sunday. Thanks to the PTB for the Ranger who kept me from doing anything I'd have to apologize for later.

My good friend Mad Jack...
Indeed, there were many Italian pirates... in fact, they were called the Italian Navy.
;D
To me... Pirates... are Navy.
I have a letter of Marque for those who wish to operate in my territorial waters and smite my rivals, including other Italian lords who are in competition with me :P
Aye, yes... I had a stream of consciousness brought on by lack of sleep and no lack of drink.
Still, I cannot wait for JLD. I believe it will be a great time and I look forward to all the fun.
I am, at this moment, contemplating an IFRP membership...
;)
I don't need the IFRP--I have community property!
And I can park dock a boat ship with the best of them!
Pay no attention to that stick in the water. It's not even a mast. Anymore.
Just a fish condo.
Oooh, sinking ships
sounds like fun
IFRP-- is that some kind of club or something? ???
*sigh* Yes, dear, half is yours. :D
IFRP = International Fellowship of Royal Privateers
http://ifrp.org (http://www.ifrp.org)
Privateer's Guild.
I think I might just support a local ship.
After all, I need transport on my adventures, right?
And it also doesn't hurt to have cohorts in cavorting...
Donations are always welcome. And encouraged! :D
Ah, now I see why I never paid attention to the IFRP. I'm just a simple pirate who steers clear of political entanglements, especially when it involves my ship and profits. By definition, not much of a joiner.
Besides, looking after my Wolfe Pack keeps me busy enough as it is. Once a captain, always a captain... ;D
