Rain, rain, go away... come back another day (or month for that matter)!
***I'll update with any changes every night for each weekend***
woah! here is praying for NO MORE RAIN!!!!!
I hope Sunday really IS like that! beautiful!!!! ;D
You and me both. ^_^
I know farmers aren't too keen on the rain.... first a drought now too much rain. :\
Updated with the latest forecast... one more time tonight before heading out in the AM.
May all the potential rain somehow mysteriously skirt the fairegrounds, today, tonight and through the weekend. May it be sort of the opposite of an oasis, an island of drought amidst the deluge :)
Current as of this morning... Now I'm off to plan my rain/mud gear. x_X
So how'd the weather turn out today? Heard from some of the vendors at GARF that it was another wet morning, but never did here if it cleared up.
It rained off and on, but it did clear up for a bit. Ended up leaving around 3:30 or so because I was just too exhausted from no sleep last night bc of the storms. No idea how the weather was closer to pub sing. Looks like a 30% chance all day tomorrow.
Weather turned out PERFECT! Not too hot and just a sprinkle or two. Had a blast with my church buds and met few more R/F members, as well.
There's a 0-10% chance of rain until 1pm, and it should be SUNNY! After that a 30% chance the rest of the day. Huzzah!
We need more days like today just to dry out the parking lot and around some of the stages. At one point, I was ankle deep at the Highland Manor stage but no rain while at fair. Did get a few sprinkles north in Nashville once I got home.
started on my updates for this week...looking like rain AGAIN
Ick....I would just like for some of the mud to dry up and stabalize.
My ankles and calfs are killing me from trying to keep my footing this past weekend.
the rain follows me, i swear. :P
if it DOES rain this weekend (and how I hope it doesn't!) it'll be the first time it's rained/not been sunny in the 7 years I've been going to TNRF. it's usually sunny and 800 degress. sigh.
waaaaahhhhh! I like sunday so far, not so much saturday!
Faire weather, no rain...
Faire weather, no rain...
Current conditions...
The sky is dark and it is raining.
*sigh*
It was nice while it lasted.
Saturday's forecast has changed from 30% scattered showers to 70% Thunderstorms likely.
Mudbowl, here we come
again...
Just looked at the weather channel's website-- 90% chance of thunderstorms. It's supposed to get worse as the day goes on. :/
Ooh I'm liking Sunday's most recent. Here's hoping Saturday improves as well!
oh good, I was just sitting here trying to decide what to wear again. This seems to be my downfall this year, lol.
just had a brief downpour. It's sunny again.

MetroCenter is going through periods of rain and sun. Had a little thunder earlier.
4:20 AM and it's statng to rain downtown Nashville :-\
5:56 AM and it's pouring downtown :-[
7 AM and it's raining in South Nashville roughly 15 miles from Fair
:(
8:10am and it's sunny in murfreesboro!
:/
No sun downtown Nashville, sky is solid gray. :-\
Heh slightly raining in Springfield...but we're north of Nash-Vegas. CORRECTION: The bottom literally just dropped out... now it's POURING.
Supposed to be a mix of rain and clouds until 1, then scattered T-storms... Looks like every other Saturday we've had at faire thus far. -_-;
Tomorrow does look nice and also fairly cool for this time of year...I'm hoping that the dry weather expected during the week decides to stick around for closing weekend!
Steady rain here to the south....
Little on the cool side as well.
Looks like a cloak day for sure.
Just leaving work and it's raining again.
Oh I agree! Let the grounds dry out the mudpit a little bit... I've had to (sorta) clean my boots every weekend, and that never happens.
Tomorrow will be blissful... cool, dry, sunny... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
we got most of the day in before it rained!
I played in the monsoon a little bit before my brother said... dang it, I'm soaked, let's go. I probably could have played a little longer.
Left right before the rain started. Saw a couple of guys from here on the way out...

Yup. Also met your wife in the Children's Realm. The kids had fun doing the crafts. Here's my daughter in the crown she made:

My sentiments exactly... About to update pg 1 with the forecast.
Bump for updates.
Nobody say the "R" word, I'm hoping to stay mostly dry over the next 3 days.....
Did someone say IK?

Are they vailable in purple and black?
Blue might clash with my garb.
Two great days of weather this weekend. today there was just a little bit of the r-word. Remember don't say the r word. Somebody said it right before pub sing and it immediately R'ed. it R'ed just long enough to get the stage wet.
Just to add insult to injury...today was beyond beautiful!
Why couldn't the last 4 weekends been like today
*sigh*
Seriously. I wonder how the weather was in lousville since kyhrf started today.
Yesterday was sunny and warm until between 3 and 4. A thunderstorm blew up and the rain and wind blew for about 10 minutes and cooled everything off, then the sun came back.
The weather's nice today in Elizabethtown, which is about 2 hours southwest of KYHRF.
i stayed saturday night in the campground in a tent, HUGE mistake!! it came a LARGE storm about midnight. Hail for five minutes, lightening, all that. My tent leaked on every seam and every wall. Everything was wet for the whole night!

See...4 weekends of TennRen should have made you a veteran of the damp brigade.
