Any comments about it yay or nay?
The neat thing about this pattern is you will be able to use it for several items and diversify them by changing the materials that you use. Just to note, most of those patterns you can find online for free buy searching various sties. Have fun is the best thing.
Peace and blessings
Oh, nice! I may never need the bracers, but the pouches look cute!

That was my first thought as well.
Not bad...I'll be sure to make the pouches...check out 5370 too...gloves, hmmm...
The Bracer part of the pattern might come in handy when working with Suedes or soft leathers. The pouch pattern looks nifty as well for adding to a Noble Man's or Woman's ensemble.
The pouch patterns will come in handy for all those fabric remnants I've got stashed!
Yes, I agree, I like to use the leftover pieces to make matching arm bracers and sometimes I make drawstring bags from them. Today, I was looking for a pattern I drafted to make R/Hawthorne some woodland elf bracers. I think I will hold off until I get this pattern and see how they compare.
I like the idea of using microsuede or tapestry to make the pouches. ;D
I saw the glove pattern...would like that too.
What a great pattern, I have been wanting to buy bracers but I think I will buy this pattern and make them. I have some leather and faux leather that would work wonderfully.
This looks like a good sale pattern to pick up.
Jon.
I had Sir R go to a joann near his work and see if he could buy it, but they didn't have it in, yet. How frustrating, I need to start on it NOW, I only have 3 months to get everything done!
If you don't wear bracers, you could use the pattern to make a holder for your parasol. That's what I did with bracers that my husband doesn't wear anymore.
That pattern looks great! It'd be so nice to have something like that to loan out or use to teach faire newbies how to make pouches and belts and such. It's such a fun way to integrate yourself into the magic and creativity that is the Ren fest!
can anyone say, STEAMPUNK!!!!!!! ;D
Nice, Thanks Lady L!
YW! Hope I can pick up this pattern on Sat. and look closer at it! ;D
We looked for this pattern last night but it wasn't in the store yet. Maybe during the next sale they will have them...

HUZZAH I got mine Sat. for $1.99 :)
I am in the process of making the arm bracers for Hawthorne/R. I am using green microsuede and appliquing leaves on them. They are looking good so far. :)
I bought the Pouch and Glove Patterns the other day at JoAnn's for $1.99 each. As well as this one I could not pass up...(http://img.sewingtoday.com/cat/10000/itm_img/B5061.jpg)
