Title: My first patterned Costume
Post by: Shandi on August 27, 2009, 12:13:05 PM
I have never used a pattern I've always free handed all my costumes, since most where middle ages stuff no problem. Now cutting out a pattern and following the crytic instuctions was a nightmare! after four days I finally finished it!
this isn't the best picture of me. I am not good at the self portrait thing. The skirt is wonky in the picture since I didn't center it but it has four panel alternating green and brown.

ooo I like the leafy green fabric.

Pattern instructions make my head spin, more often than not I dont pay much attention to them.

They all look great -- good work!  What pattern did you use?
