Great customer service, rapid delivery and the quality seems excellent! Their website shows exactly what they have in stock, size, color etc.

I am a newbie and wish to buy a very basic garb outfit. While I'd love to purchase something custom made, right now ready-made is my best choice.
I'm considering placing an order at the Renaissance Store (Chivalry Sports) at renstore.com and am looking for reassurance the site exists and will fill my order. It is one of the few sites that carries in stock 2-3X clothing. The reason for my checking this or any site out is that unfortunately I originally placed an order with The Medieval Market, advertised in Renaissance Magazine, before I read the postings concerning the many problems with them. I might hold off on buying from RenStore.com, due to their recent closing/opening/relaunching of site. Unfortunately, I don't have any clothing shops bookmarked, but I'm sure there are others that will be able to suggest some sites to you.
The Tudor Shoppe carries ready made clothing from different makers. Museum Replicas is okay as well. Both sites are good for basic garb. These are safe choices until you decide on Custom made garb for the future.
NEVER DO BUSINESS with Medieval Market!!! I am surprised that RENAISSANCE magazine is still running their ads with all the trouble this vendor has been.
I agree with holding off with this company. They were a great place to buy from. But after recently closing and then reopening. I would give them some time to get established again.
I have a Shirt and Doublet from them and both are fantastic. I do agree that you should wait out until the dust settles on their restructuring, but when it does I highly recommend.
I agree with Kathleen on Tudor Shoppe and Museum Replicas, I have bought from both and they were quick to deliver.
