Title: Leather Concho Problem.
Post by: Tanyor on October 10, 2009, 08:52:08 PM
So I bought a "screw in metal leather concho" for a bag I'm making. was told at the leather shop that it would work to replace the bottom of a rivet style button snap. I tired but the screw is too wide  for the other part of the button to snap. is there another size of buttons snaps that work and do other kind of concho's work?   thanks.

Could you file down the screw that came with it?

I ended up grinding down the screw head with a dremel. Thanks...

Glad to hear that you got it to fit!
