You were part of McHalles Navy also, did you get to take part in Operation Pettycoat?

No, but I know a couple of my fellow submarine veterans who were onboard USS Queenfish SS 393 for the filming.

I served from 1969 to 1989. Retired in '89 and collecting retirement pay since then (now each check is around $1700 a month and goes up each year).
