Someone message me when the countdown for the '26 seasons starts. Plan on trying to get down for a weekend or two. For those who don't know, I moved back to Alaska with the family a few years ago and have been settling in ever since. I work graveyards at the hospital, so my life is pretty much split between the ER, kids, and occasionally sleep, but I miss all of you nutters

I think that's what a lot of the Bristol folk are saying; while it's understandable that prices will rise, there hasn't been any improvement in some of the problematic areas. The last time we were there, the food lines were crazy long, and the crowds made it very hard to move around. I know different faires have ways of trying to minimize crowd size, and it may simply be that being a successful destination for spending a day has become a mixed blessing We'll just see how things go this year.
