Can anyone here give me a bit more info regarding Underhill vs Panther pavilions?

I have a Panther and I do love many things about it but eventually we're going to need to get a new pavilion that will be a bit better to set up our shop.  Our Panther is great for camping but only affords about 8' x 12' selling space.

Price-wise, Underhill is far more expensive but overall their pavilions seem to set up easier and last longer.

Thoughts?
