Will be keeping both of you in my thoughts during his search, and encouraging the Universe to send the very best it has to offer his way!

Thankfully he already had a job and this was just a promotion opertunity.  The good thing about this situtation is that he doesn't have to cut his hair, he doesn't have to spend his evening/weekends chained to a blackberry to take care of emails, and he gets to leave work at reasonable time, and gets to keep his week ends all to himself. 

It is still a kick in the chest over this and we are both pretty bummed about it, but we will live and make the best of it.
