Kat, I think we were all pretty clear on what you meant from your OP. 

I second Frederick's.  They have a whole section of "outerwear corsets," and it looks like they're all running about $60 and under.  I will say that they look a little more "corsety" than the Hot Topic one you had, though.

I have a couple of corsets from Timeless Trends (http://www.timeless-trends.com/)... It's been a LONG while since I bought them though, so I'm not sure on the $$ range... and I didn't have time to browse it thoroughly.  Anyways, they fit *perfectly* and are quite comfortable for me.   Hope this helps.
