With the gracious permission of Queen Bonnie and with the suggestion and aid of Captain Kilian, I have issued a Letter of Marque for the Landsharks and Guppies of the Royal Order of Landsharks. 

The Letter will be added to phins of new members and current members can PM me your e-mail addy to send a copy to print OR PM me for my address to send me a Self-Addressed, Stamped Envelope OR let me know what days you'll be at TRF so I can personally give you a Letter if I'm there at the same time.
