I must agree with master Blakduke in regards to personally kicking 2008 out the door. It has been without a doubt one of those years.

A toast to 2009! May we all sail through the New Year like seasoned sailors. Take advantage of the everchanging tides and the ever shifting winds and with the winds in our sails reach the New Port of 2010 with many a good tale of adventures to be told amongst friends. May she be a Yar Year!

I too am glad to see 2008 come to an end, this year has been filled with much sadness, heartache and trouble for me, at times I didn't think I could take another day, but it has also been filled with love, appreciation and courage!! Thank you to everyone who has come into my life and made it happy again.. Most especially you... 

I am looking forward to beginning the New Year with the hopes that it will be better than I could ever dream...

Even though 08 was tough economically, I still had a great year. Graduated from high school, bought a car, went to fair several times, and meet some really cool people almost every I went.
