Every year at faire, I "eat" my way around the place, stopping and sampling almost everything I can get my greasy little hands on. Last year was the emergence of the chocolate dipped cheesecake on a stick, frozen hot chocolate, and of course, a celebration of the old favorites such as fish and chips and gyros. What is it that you plan on eating this year at TRF???

Scotch eggs
For some reason, the ones at TRF are just better than almost anywhere else
My Lovely Lady makes the bestest ones, but making them is a pain in the rear so I hate to ask for them. TRF is the next best thing.
Fish & Chips
Whoever thought of putting those in the Sea Devil last year deserves a kiss on the lips.
Gator on a stick
Way over priced... but reminds me of home. So I grab one now and then.
The Kings Feast (in general)
I had never went until last year. Always thought it was just to pricey and couldn't see why it was worth it. Now I get it. Fantastic food and drink in mass quantities with a top notch show. We'll be doing that again at least once this year.

Anything else is trying the new stuff. I love to find new foods.

*Rum cake... if someone brings some again... I will be eating it lol*
*Got more Rum?* "Here, Try This!"

It's been a couple of years since I went to TRF, but I remember the Sweet Potato Fries.  Yum!

See, when I tried it, it was dry. And unfortunately, my fish was WAY overcooked and overly crispy. I'll try it again this year though...

Golabki!
Since all my friends grandmothers have passed, I can't even go back to see family and sneak over to get some of that great Polish food anymore.

The first time i ordered it, i thought that i was just brought a pile of meat with chips... after i had ate about half way thru, i realized that there was bread under all that!  I had the fish & chips too... excellent.

Oh yeah, the golabki, and the pierogi too! The POW has the bestest grub (IMO) for the public. If you know and have access to the BBQ pit backstage, though, James does some fan-damn-tastic barbecue sammitches and stuffed bakers for the cast & crew.
