The Time of the Land Grabbers has RETURNED!

*Thursdays were pleasant...near empty camp grounds...quiet, no blasting music...relaxing.*

For us, this will make it even harder to find a decent spot close to the faire path.  Last year we were out there around noon Friday and was shocked at how many people were already there...with RVs...and it wasn't one of the big 3, we purposely avoid those weekends to camp.

Can't Believe it's June already. Half the year is already gone.

It's with heavy heart that I bring news, that our fellow Rennie, Lishy, has past away.

Strength to her husband, Dennis, and the rest of her family. 

She had a rough time of it, with health issues,  these last few years and is now free from the toils of her mortal shell.

God rest her soul and grant her peace in the afterlife.

Janet had been in contact with her. But we never heard that she was that sick. Do you have any further info? Viewing or funeral?

Our prayers will be for her family.

I was planning on making my Holiday Loki this year, which was Lishy's favorite.

It'll be called Lishy's Brew, for the season, as a way of honoring her and the catch phrase she gave me for it.

"OMG...it's like Thanksgiving and Christmas just c**e in my mouth!!"

She had a way with words.

I also heard of Lishy's passing, and am deeply saddened.  She always had a warm smile and a hug at the ready for friends.
