Good quality Pirate hats

So I've been doing some searching on and off but not had much luck, I bought a cheap pirate hat a while ago but I'd like to find a nice hat..not a cheap $20 halloween costume hat...any suggestions?

I'm quite fond of Tall Toad: http://www.talltoad.net/ I have one of their Cavalier hats and one of their flat caps but they make some great looking tricorns as well.

My wife has one and Im waiting on my Pyrate leatherworks one.  I found the blackbeard alittle too small for my body...ie I need a big hat

I guess it all depends on how much you want to spend on a hat. If price isn't a big concern then I recommend Excalibur Leathers. I have 2 hats from them and love them both!..
