4. Vitamin V is the participant's best friend.

5. REMEMBER TO BRING A FAIRE GIFT!

6. There is no coffee table, you're in a tent.

7. There's lots of fun to be had in a matress taco.

8. Crawfish can and WILL attack you at night.

I must agree.  That is frightning.

6. There is no coffee table, you're in a tent.
There can be if you have the room and really want one.  But usually no, and it can get rather messy.

8. Crawfish can and WILL attack you at night.
I have never heard of them attacking before.  But I believe it and hope that it nevers happen to me.

9. There is a way to kill undead pie.
I have to question this one... How do you kill an undead pie?¿?¿

Well, I believe that the only way that you can kill an undead pie is to release the Brigaqueen and her hordes upon it. At least that's the way I saw it.

And the crawfish thing...

I was breaking camp last week (7th weekend) in participants on Sunday night. After taking up my tent, I saw something shiny like armour moving in the grass where my tent just was. I freaked out cause I thought it was a scorpion. Turns out, it was a damn CRAWFISH! So, it ran after me a little, and I poked it with a stick a couple of times. Feisty little buggers...

I will have to try and watch the pie event next year.  That just sounds bad and funny at the same time.

And for the crawfish... I dont know what to do other than laugh.  Sorry.  :)  But that would be a funny sight to see.  But one I hope to never encounter  ;D

What I've learned?

Drinking, walking and drumming: some can, some can't...Andy learned that the hard way...cracked a rib after falling over a log! DOH!

I'll never get a good solid night's sleep at camp...it just ain't happenin!

Always walk around camp with a loaded camera...do you know how many classic shots I missed cause I didn't have mine at all times?

I'd rather laugh with the sinners, then cry with the saints.

That running into past friends can be quite an entertaining game...

That wondering into new camps can lead to a long night of great laughs and conversations and lots of giggles

That biting can be a spectator sport roflmao

That Vampy has more friends than she can remember and loves knowing so many wonderful people.

That fairmely's are the best ever :)

And most of all I am quickly learning I really miss Houston and hanging out with my friends and making fair every weekend.

Well, only temporarily interrupt. . .  ;D

What I learned. . .

1. That fairemily can be even better than your own blood, especially when you don't feel well.

2. That flashing men at the most random moments can induce a variety of reactions, from wide eyed shock to near fainting.

3. Im small enough to fit behind the seat of a really full truck.

4. Community showers can be the most welcome thing in the light of HOT water, and that getting to them makes you feel like a bad kid in high school all over again.

5. Boobies when naked stick to sleeping bags.  Ew.

6. Blue and I share a knack for interrupting nookie time.

7. How warm Sir Dennis REALLY is under the covers.

8. Loki, rum, vodka = DONOTMIX!

9. When the zipper is furry or the bra is unfurled, DONT COME A KNOCKIN.  Unless invited.

She had to be rescued from her house in Galveston before Hurricane Ike hit. She and her poochy were airlifted by a helicopter. It even made the news!

Wow.  Glad to hear they made it out ok.  We evacuated to a place that didnt have tv or internet so we missed a lot of what was going on with Ike, until we came back.
