Scarborough's rules do not allow commercial photography.

I would also like to point out that unless you have a signed release from the subject, you do not have the legal right to sell pictures of them to anyone else, regardless of the venue.

The pictures are nice - offering to sell them is both illegal and in very poor taste.

Paul is correct. Scarby's legal information does state:

Scarborough Renaissance Festival Copyright

All film, recording and video taping rights of activities on the Festival grounds and the use of the name Scarborough Renaissance Festival are private property and may not be commercially used or duplicated without the express written consent of Scarborough Renaissance Festival.


Therefore any links to sites selling photos taken on the festival grounds without the express written consent of Scarborough Renaissance Festival will be removed.

  More of them work now but I still get some Xs, it may be the computer here at work causing it. I miss being able to contribute photos, havent been able to get a new digi cam since my last one arsed out on me. i gotta get a new one before 2011 season. great pics everybody, this has to be one of my favorite threads on the forum.
